Southport ANZAC Day Main Service

Join the main 2026 ANZAC Day service in SOUTHPORT to honour the service and sacrifice of the ANZACs and all the service members who have followed in their footsteps. 

ANZAC Day marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during World War I. 

In the time-honoured tradition of ANZAC Day services, the main SOUTHPORT ANZAC Day Ceremony – hosted by Southport RSL Sub Branch – will include the laying of wreaths, the playing of the Last Post and the observance of a minute's silence.

The service will commence at 9:00am.

Refreshments and camaraderie with our veterans following the Service at the Southport Bowls Club, 2 Marine Parade, the home of the Southport RSL Sub Branch.
