Rec Connect - Camel Tour with Lunch

RSL Rec Connect helps veterans and their families connect through a diverse calendar of recreational events. RSL Rec Connect events are held throughout the year in various locations across Queensland. Veterans and current serving Defence members, and their partners and children are welcome. 

Join us in visiting Australia's largest camel farm!  

Event Highlights: 

• Camel Encounter: Meet and greet camels up close while discovering fun facts about the camels that call Summer Land Camels home, including dairy camels and baby camels.  
• Farm and Dairy: Go behind the scenes of the camel milking facility, including having the opportunity to taste camel milk products.  
• Catered lunch: Lunch will be provided, allowing time to meet other local Defence community members. 

Requirements:

• This activity is open to ADF Veterans, current serving Defence members, their partners and children. 

Please note that prior to the event, you will be required to complete an RSL QLD waiver. All attendees will be unable to participate without completing the waiver.
