Naval Association of Australia Commemoration Ceremony
All crews of the ships and boats, volunteers and friends are welcome.
The Queensland Maritime Museum boasts a large collection of marine vessels, ranging from the Royal Australian Navy frigate Diamantina and the steam tug Forceful to small recreational boats. All items in the collection have significance in the maritime history of Queensland.
This month the commemoration ceremony at Jack Tar Place by the Naval Association of Australia will be honouring all the sailors who have served in the Royal Australian Navy, Merchant Navy and recreational vessels in the Museum.
All crews of the ships and boats, volunteers and friends are welcome.
