Active Lifestyles – Kids Music Class

RSL Queensland has selected Active Lifestyles events throughout Queensland to provide opportunities for veterans, current serving Defence members, partners, and children to take part in activities while connecting with fellow members of the Defence family.   

For this event, we are excited to be joined by qualified early childhood education staff from Music Beat Kids – the home of Boppin’ Babies, who will host a Kids Music Class.   

In a small sized group, you will share a special time with other parents/caregivers, while helping your little ones learn and grow through musical play.   

Live music means your child can participate in a way that suits them and their level. Following the class, you will take home practical tools for using music at home to stimulate, calm and interact with your child.  

Two (2) classes will be hosted to cater for thee needs of different age groups. A morning tea will be offered between both sessions for those who wish to connect further with other families.   

Please register for one session only. If you have more than one child of different ages, please pick the session that is most suitable.

Requirements

• This activity is open to children (aged 0 -5 and 5-10) of ADF veterans, current serving Defence members and their partners.   
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.   
• No adults are to attend without a child.   

Cost: Free   
 
Please note that prior to the event, you will be required to complete an RSL QLD waiver. This will be emailed to you after registration. All attendees will be unable to participate without completing the waiver.
