DVA Claims
In 2023, we lodged 6,712 DVA claims and appeals on behalf of veterans. Let us help you with yours.
The Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) claims and appeals process can be difficult to navigate. Our advocacy assistance is free and can be done online, in person and over the phone.
Our Compensation Advocates work with you to establish the details of your claim, undertake much of the behind-the-scenes research, complete paperwork and lodge the claim. While your claim is being determined, they stay in regular contact, providing updates throughout the process.
If you’re unsure whether to get assistance with your claim, here’s four reasons to use an RSL advocate.
"I COME UNDER THREE ACTS, WHICH I DIDN'T KNOW, AND MY COMPENSATION ADVOCATE WAS ABLE TO SPLIT UP MY SERVICE INTO THE ACTS AND UNDERSTAND WHAT INFORMATION I NEEDED TO PROVIDE TO MAKE MY CLAIM WHICH REALLY SPED UP MY PROCESSES FOR MY CLAIMS." - VINCENT HALE
