CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Melanie Wilson is an experienced executive who creates and connects people to a shared vision, strengthening engagement and empowering others to deliver outstanding commercial outcomes. Formerly Head of Foundation for Surf Life Saving Australia, she has an in-depth understanding of the complexities of leading an iconic, membership-driven organisation, as well as running a successful fundraising lottery to support charitable outcomes. Melanie is skilled in fostering cultural change, strategic planning, business development and service delivery.
GENERAL MANAGER LOTTERIES
Tracey Bishop is a marketing professional with over 15 years' experience in corporate and not-for-profit sectors and has played a key part of the RSL Art Union for the last five years. Tracey is passionate about developing the lotteries business to maintain the funds needed for RSL to provide the best possible care and services to the veteran community.
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
Simon Button is an experienced information technology executive with over two decades of demonstrated success in Australian, US and European public and private sector enterprises. With a well-polished ability to translate vision into execution of strategic programs, he is well equipped to progress RSL's IT needs forward into the future.
Maria Forgione is a corporate commercial lawyer, with a focus on helping organisations achieve their strategic objectives through effective legal solutions. She has extensive background in the insurance industry, marrying customer service with business process improvements.

Allanna Kelsall brings over 20 years of experience leading varied operational functions in commercial and non-profit industries across six countries. She is passionate about building an energised and customer-centric workplace culture where the organisational strategic vision is underpinned by the right people, an uplift in leadership capabilities, and meaningful innovation.

Greg Pratt is a highly experienced finance executive with an exceptional track record of leading robust finance teams for over 20 years in non-profit, consumer goods and manufacturing organisations across Europe, Asia, US and Australia. Greg successfully combines detailed financial considerations with sound commercial and strategic decision-making in his role as RSL Queensland’s CFO. He is an excellent public speaker, mentor and listener, who thoroughly enjoys building operational finance capability and governance to strengthen relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
GENERAL MANAGER VETERAN SERVICES
Robert Skoda commenced his career as a Ground Defence Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force, is a current reservist and has deployed to Afghanistan, Middle East and Timor Leste. Robert has extensive domestic and international experience in the private sector, with a focus on risk for remote construction projects and operations management of professional services, and since 2016 has demonstrated commitment to the military family through growing and enhancing RSLQ services.
