History
Since it was formed, the Emerald RSL Sub Branch has been an integral part of the community. From our earliest years, we’ve been providing assistance and social connection to local ex-service men and women. In recent years, this Sub Branch has a very strong connection with the schools in the area with a huge effort being made to encourage our youth to keep the Anzac spirit alive for future generations. The Sub Branch has recently commenced engagement with local legatees to foster a good relationship and assist Legacy where possible. The Sub Branch is also very involved with commemorative and patriotic purposes which receive a huge community engagement.
