Join us for our weekly calm and restorative yoga sessions and remove any tension your body is holding.
These sessions are aimed at helping participants to unwind, recharge and reconnect with their body and mind.
Our yoga sessions focus on gentle movement, mindful breathing and building both physical and mental resilience. All levels of experience are welcomed.
