Walkerston-Pleystowe Middle East Area of Operations Service and Dinner

Join us to commemorate

All veterans of the Middle East Area of Operations, in Central Queensland, are invited to the commemorative service and dinner on Saturday 18 October 2025.

The service and dinner commence at the Duke of Edinburgh Hotel at 5.00pm before moving to ANZAC Memorial Park in Walkerston for the service followed by dinner at Oshea's Hotel Walkerston.

Brigadier (retired) Dan Fortune DSC and Bar, an Afghanistan veteran, will speak at both the service and dinner.

Dress is jacket, tie, and miniatures.

The service and dinner are proudly supported by Mackay & District Pipe Band.
