Vietnam Veterans' Day

Join us to commemorate

On 18 August, we commemorate Vietnam Veterans' Day on the 60th anniversary of the Battle of Long Tan in 1966.

We remember the sacrifices of those who died and say thank you to almost 60,000 Australians who served (tragically, 523 of them died and 3000 were wounded) during the 10 years of our involvement in the Vietnam War.

Commemorative Service -
When: Tuesday, 18th August 2026
Time: 9:45am assembly, for a 10:00am start
Where: Anzac Memorial Park
(located next to Redlands RSL HQ, 1-11 Passage Street, Cleveland)

After the service, camaraderie will be held at Redlands RSL in the Anzac Lounge.
