Veterans Music Venture

Youth Music Venture [YMV] a voluntary charity, now in its 14th year has done amazing things free of charge for over 500 kids aged 11–17 years, including launching in Tweed in 2022 at the invitation of Tweed Shire Council. 

YMV is proud to launch the Veterans Music Venture program commencing on audition day, Wednesday April 26, where Veterans and current serving Defence members can learn more information about the program that runs over 8 weeks of rehearsals, mentored by professional musicians, culminating in an onstage band performance on the Sunday, June 18 - and it is all in the honour of Shaun Spain.
 
All equipment is provided and professional mentoring by the YMV’s Senior Mentor who has not only worked with the kid’s program for 14 years but also an adult program for around four years.
