Southport ANZAC Day March

Join us to commemorate

The ANZAC Day March (or ANZAC Day parade) has long been the centrepiece of ANZAC Day commemorations –  offering a chance to honour and show camaraderie with past and present service people.

Current and former Defence members, cadets and other members of the community participate in the ANZAC Day parade to recognise the contribution of all who have served in the Australian and New Zealand Defence Forces.

Attend the SOUTHPORT ANZAC Day March – hosted by Southport RSL Sub Branch – to show your support. 

The ANZAC Day Community Parade will assemble by 8:00am at Veterans Lawn – roadside, next to the car park of the Aquatic Centre, Nind Street, Southport.

Veterans assemble at the south end of Veterans Lawn, schools and community groups are in the north.

Form up will be on the Gold Coast Highway adjacent to Veterans Lawn (between Nerang and Nind Streets), with a step off at approximately 8:30am.

The service will be at 9:00am.

Please note: Gold Coast Highway to Ada Bell Way will be closed for the parade.
