    Join us to commemorate

This ANZAC Day, join Sandgate RSL Sub Branch in SANDGATE for a gunfire breakfast.

A long-held ANZAC Day tradition, the gunfire breakfast originates from the hot drink historically made by British, Australian and New Zealand soldiers in the morning before battle.

It’s a chance for veterans, and communities, to enjoy shared camaraderie and pay tribute to those who have served.

2026 commemorations start at 4:00am with the traditional Gunfire Breakfast at the Sub Branch for members.

Members and their families will be asked to attend the 5:00am Dawn Service at the nearby Memorial Park.

    Lest we forget.
