Run Army needs you! Run, walk or raise to help support our Defence, veteran and first responder community. 

Anyone can take part in Run Army’s 2026 virtual edition, anywhere on the planet. Simply sign up, run or walk 5km or 10km (remembering to record your time), and upload your results.  

You’ll be recognised with your timed result, see your position on the ladder and receive a limited edition T-shirt and finisher’s medal. 

Keen to run or walk with other Run Army virtual participants? Coordinated locations and times around Australia will be emailed to registered participants closer to the event.

Where do the funds go? 

All donations, and $5 from every race entry, will go towards your choice of Legacy, Queensland Police Legacy, The Firefighter Cancer Foundation, QAS Legacy, The SES Gift Fund, and The Surf Life Saving Foundation.
