Rec Connect – Smartphone Photography Workshop

RSL Rec Connect – Meet, move and make for a more connected life!

RSL Rec Connect helps veterans and their families connect through a diverse calendar of recreational events. RSL Rec Connect events are held throughout the year in various locations across Queensland. ADF veterans, current serving Defence members, partners and children 12+ are welcome to this event.  

In this Smartphone Photography Workshop, the experienced instructor from Photo Genius will guide you through the basics of smartphone photography before venturing outside to take some photos. You will then be shown how to edit your images simply and quickly, to produce stunning photos you will be proud to share with family and friends. Learn the potential that a Smartphone has to capture great images, which can then be quickly and easily edited using apps to give amazing results.  

This workshop is perfect for all skill levels and encourages a deep connection to your craft, making it an enriching experience for both your hands and mind.

Requirements   

• This activity is open to ADF Veterans, current serving Defence members, partners and children 12+.  
• All attendees must wear enclosed shoes.

Cost: Free

Please note that prior to the event, you will be required to complete an RSL QLD waiver. All attendees will be unable to participate without completing the waiver.
