3 Days focused on healing from service-related trauma
REBOOT Trauma Recovery is a structured, 3-day intensive program designed to help service members, veterans, and their families address the moral, emotional, and spiritual impacts of service-related trauma.
This is not a support group or counselling session. REBOOT is an evidence-informed course that equips participants with practical tools to understand trauma, process moral injury, and develop sustainable strategies for long-term recovery.
Across three full days, participants engage in facilitated sessions that explore:
Understanding trauma and its impact on the brain, body, and relationships
Moral injury and the burden of guilt, shame, anger, and grief
Healthy processing of past experiences without re-traumatisation
Rebuilding identity, purpose, and meaning after service
Practical tools for emotional regulation, resilience, and ongoing recovery
The course is delivered in a safe, structured environment by trained facilitators with lived experience and professional backgrounds in trauma recovery.
Participants commonly report:
Reduced trauma-related symptoms
Improved emotional awareness and coping strategies
Greater clarity around identity and purpose post-service
Strengthened relationships and communication
Increased hope and capacity to move forward
REBOOT Trauma Recovery is delivered face-to-face over three consecutive days. Attendance for all three days is required to ensure continuity and effectiveness of the program.
Veterans and current serving members
Partners and family members impacted by service-related trauma
Individuals experiencing PTSD symptoms, moral injury, burnout, or spiritual distress
Participants do not need a formal diagnosis to attend.
