Join us to commemorate
At dawn on 25 April 1915, ANZAC troops landed at Gallipoli, starting a legacy that would live long after them.
The ANZAC Day Dawn Service echoes this moment, and the moment many a soldier has stood to arms.
Steeped in tradition, the Dawn Service is a poignant ceremony featuring the laying of wreaths, sounding of the Last Post and observance of a minute's silence.
Join the ANZAC Day Dawn Service in MONTO – hosted by Monto RSL Sub Branch – to honour all Australians and New Zealanders who have served or sacrificed in wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations since World War I.
We will be having our Dawn Service at the Sub Branch at 0600 hrs and afterwards we will have our Gun Fire Breakfast.
Our ANZAC Day raffle will be drawn and will have Two-up through out the day.
Lunch will be provided.
All are welcome.
