Ramsay Clinic New Farm offer the Military and Veteran's PTSD Program.

Who would benefit from this course? 

If you are wanting to manage anxiety, depression, and anger; improve sleep and reduce nightmares; address intrusive thoughts and flashbacks; build healthy relationships and communication skills; overcome avoidance behaviours; strengthen motivation and reduce relapse risk and connect with relevant supports and resources - this program is for you.

Treatment includes both group sessions with peers from military backgrounds and individual sessions tailored to your needs. Partners are also included for a portion of the program, which has been regarded as a highly beneficial outlet for support.

Eligibility

A referral to the program can be completed by a GP or psychiatrist and sent to: referrals.nfc@ramsayhealth.com.au
