Every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 10am, in our Manly Lota RSL Hall.
Anna Platt of “Fitter for Life RSL” conducts an hour-long exercise class for “over 50’s”.
Participants agree these classes are excellent for eye-hand coordination, balance, fall-prevention and upper body strength.
General consensus says the classes (at $10 per session) are very useful and very friendly, with classmates often going for coffee afterwards.
