Join us to commemorate
Join the main 2026 ANZAC Day service in MANLY to honour the service and sacrifice of the ANZACs and all the service members who have followed in their footsteps.
ANZAC Day marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during World War I.
In the time-honoured tradition of ANZAC Day services, the main MANLY ANZAC Day Ceremony – hosted by Manly-Lota RSL Sub Branch – will include the laying of wreaths, the playing of the Last Post and the observance of a minute's silence.
The Manly-Lota RSL Mid-morning Service is a poignant ceremony featuring the laying of wreaths, sounding of the Last Post and observance of a minute's silence.
Please join us for the ANZAC Day March, commencing from outside Manly State School at 0800, with the Mid-morning to service to commence following the March at Richard Russell Park, Manly.
All are welcome.
Following the Mid-morning Service, all veterans, their families and members of the public are welcome to join us back at the Manly-Lota RSL Sub Branch Memorial Hall, situated at 184 Melville Tce, Manly, for morning tea.
This event is open for all the community to attend and participate in and people are encouraged to lay a wreath or poppy at the service.
If you intend to lay a wreath, please contact our office as soon as possible with your details.
