Life After Service, designed and delivered by I’ve Got Your 6 Foundation (IGY6), is a free, two-day wellbeing workshop for veterans and first responders, focused on strengthening mindset, resilience, and personal wellbeing. Built on shared experience and camaraderie, the program creates a supportive space to connect with others who understand service life. Workshops are delivered across six locations in Queensland, six in Victoria, and two in Tasmania, with flexible online options also available. Fully funded and led by experienced facilitators, Life After Service provides practical tools, meaningful connection, and renewed clarity to support ongoing wellbeing and a positive mindset.
