Kawana Waters Remembrance Day Service

Join us to commemorate

On Tuesday 11 November, join Kawana Waters RSL Sub Branch for its 2025 Remembrance Day service to honour all who have served and sacrificed for their nation. 

The 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month marks the anniversary of the Armistice that ended fighting with Germany in World War I. It’s a time for us to remember all who have given their lives in service, including in all wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations. 

The 2025 Kawana Waters RSL Sub Branch Remembrance Day ceremony will include the laying of wreaths, the playing of the Last Post, and the observance of a minute's silence at 11am.  

RSL Queensland stands alongside veterans and their families across the country and recognises the invaluable contribution of all Defence Force personnel. 

A Commemorative Service will be held at the Kawana Waters RSL Sub Branch Cenotaph, Coopers Lookout, Pacific Boulevard, Buddina.

The service will commence at 10.55am, followed by a luncheon at the Kawana Surf Club (upstairs in The Deck area).

All veterans welcome.
