Holland Park-Mt Gravatt Remembrance Day Service

Join us to commemorate

On Tuesday 11 November, join Holland Park-Mt Gravatt RSL Sub Branch for its 2025 Remembrance Day service to honour all who have served and sacrificed for their nation. 

The 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month marks the anniversary of the Armistice that ended fighting with Germany in World War I. It’s a time for us to remember all who have given their lives in service, including in all wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations. 

The 2025 Holland Park-Mt Gravatt RSL Sub Branch Remembrance Day ceremony will include the laying of wreaths, the playing of the Last Post, and the observance of a minute's silence at 11am.  

RSL Queensland stands alongside veterans and their families across the country and recognises the invaluable contribution of all Defence Force personnel. 

You are cordially invited to participate in this service commemorating the 107th Anniversary of the Armistice to end World War I and also remembering those who served WWII, Korea, Malaya & Borneo, Vietnam, East Timor, Iraq & Afghanistan.

10:00am - muster at the Memorial adjacent to the Memorial Hall, 58 Arnold Street Holland Park 4121

10:15am - commemoration service commences

11:15am - conclusion of service (approximate) followed by morning tea
