Wreaths with Lets we forget ribbons

    Join us to commemorate

At dawn on 25 April 1915, ANZAC troops landed at Gallipoli, starting a legacy that would live long after them.

The ANZAC Day Dawn Service echoes this moment, and the moment many a soldier has stood to arms.

Steeped in tradition, the Dawn Service is a poignant ceremony featuring the laying of wreaths, sounding of the Last Post and observance of a minute's silence.

Join the ANZAC Day Dawn Service in GLADSTONE – hosted by Gladstone RSL Sub Branch – to honour all Australians and New Zealanders who have served or sacrificed in wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations since World War I.

Form up at 5.15am at the valley car park under the direction of Parade Marshalls and march-off is scheduled for 5.30am. Supporters are to form up behind the veterans. All welcome. For those who cannot see the service there will be large TV screens erected for this. The service will be followed by a Gunfire Service for veterans and ex service personnel and their families at Club Gladstone.
