Join us to commemorate

The 2026 ANZAC Day service in Mapleton marks the 109th anniversary of the Gallipoli landing – the start of Australia and New Zealand’s first major World War I campaign.

Hosted by Mapleton RSL Sub Branch, this ANZAC Day ceremony will include the laying of wreaths, the sounding of the Last Post and the observance of a minute's silence.

Join the Mapleton community in honouring the service and sacrifice of the ANZACs and all who have followed in their footsteps.

The Mapleton ANZAC Day Service will commence at 10:00am at the Mapleton Memorial Park.

In the event of inclement weather, the service will be held in the Mapleton School Hall.

A morning tea will be provided by the Blackall Range Lions Club at the park after the service.
