Babinda's Mid-Morning Commemoration
The ANZAC Day March (or ANZAC Day parade) has long been the centrepiece of ANZAC Day commemorations – offering a chance to honour and show camaraderie with past and present service people.
Current and former Defence members, cadets and other members of the community participate in the ANZAC Day parade to recognise the contribution of all who have served in the Australian and New Zealand Defence Forces.
Attend the Babinda ANZAC Day March – hosted by Babinda RSL Sub Branch – to show your support.
All are invited to join our veterans to commemorate this ANZAC Day Commemorative activity.
The march starts from the front of the Babinda RSL Memorial Hall (School Street) and proceeds into Munro Street before turning back towards ANZAC Park and proceeding to the Cenotaph. Military vehicles will be on display.
Light refreshments will be available for purchase at the RSL Memorial Hall after the service, please join our veterans and support Babinda Lions and QCWA Babinda Branch.
All are welcome.
