    Join us to commemorate

Join the main 2026 ANZAC Day service in Clayfield to honour the service and sacrifice of the ANZACs and all the service members who have followed in their footsteps.

ANZAC Day marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during World War I.

In the time-honoured tradition of ANZAC Day services, the main Clayfield ANZAC Day Ceremony – hosted by Clayfield-Toombul RSL Sub Branch – will include the laying of wreaths, the playing of the Last Post and the observance of a minute's silence.

The Kalinga Park Service and March is an important part of the Clayfield Toombul ANZAC Day commemoration. Veterans, current service members, families, community groups and school groups gather to march together before the commemorative service held in Kalinga Park. Members of the public are welcome to attend and stand with the community in remembrance.

March Steps Off: 7.00 am from Kalinga Street

Arrival: Please be there by 6.45 am

    Service Location: Kalinga Park
