Join us to commemorate

Join the main 2026 ANZAC Day service in Darra to honour the service and sacrifice of the ANZACs and all the service members who have followed in their footsteps. 

ANZAC Day marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during World War I. 

In the time-honoured tradition of ANZAC Day services, the main Darra ANZAC Day Ceremony – hosted by Darra & District RSL Sub Branch – will include the laying of wreaths, the playing of the Last Post and the observance of a minute's silence.

Darra & District RSL Sub Branch is holding an ANZAC Day March and Service at the Station Avenue Memorial from 8:00am and concluding at 9:30am.
