Join us to commemorate
Join the main 2026 ANZAC Day service in Stanthorpe to honour the service and sacrifice of the ANZACs and all the service members who have followed in their footsteps.
ANZAC Day marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during World War I.
In the time-honoured tradition of ANZAC Day services, the main Stanthorpe ANZAC Day Ceremony – hosted by Stanthorpe RSL Sub Branch – will include the laying of wreaths, the playing of the Last Post and the observance of a minute's silence.
Following the march, the Southern Downs Regional Council will host the Commemoration and Wreath Laying Service at 11am in Weeroona Park at the War Memorial.
We welcome everyone to attend.
