ANZAC Day Main Service

Join us to commemorate

Join the main 2026 ANZAC Day service in Woodford to honour the service and sacrifice of the ANZACs and all the service members who have followed in their footsteps. 

ANZAC Day marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during World War I. 

In the time-honoured tradition of ANZAC Day services, the main Woodford ANZAC Day Ceremony – hosted by Woodford RSL Sub Branch – will include the laying of wreaths, the playing of the Last Post and the observance of a minute's silence.

9:45am - assemble at the corner of Archer and George Street

10:15am - march off

10:30am - service commences at the Memorial Park
