Join us to commemorate
Join the main 2026 ANZAC Day service in Helidon to honour the service and sacrifice of the ANZACs and all the service members who have followed in their footsteps.
ANZAC Day marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during World War I.
In the time-honoured tradition of ANZAC Day services, the main Helidon ANZAC Day Ceremony – hosted by Helidon RSL Sub Branch – will include the laying of wreaths, the playing of the Last Post and the observance of a minute's silence.
Seating and shade available.
A choir and band will be in attendance.
Participants will be veterans, family of veterans, local schools, scout and guides, light horse and military vehicles.
After the ceremony, everybody is invited back to the Helidon Community Hall for refreshments, sandwiches, raffles, and Two-Up.
All welcome.
The Helidon Management Committee hopes to see you there.
