Join us to commemorate
Join the main 2026 ANZAC Day service in Gympie to honour the service and sacrifice of the ANZACs and all the service members who have followed in their footsteps.
ANZAC Day marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during World War I.
In the time-honoured tradition of ANZAC Day services, the main Gympie ANZAC Day Ceremony – hosted by Gympie RSL Sub Branch – will include the laying of wreaths, the playing of the Last Post and the observance of a minute's silence.
Members, veterans and members of the public are welcome.
Following the service, lunch will be provided at the Gympie RSL Sub Branch (invitation to luncheon extended to veterans and their families/carers, current serving personnel, War Widows, Legacy members, Laurel club members, Nurses, Cadets and invited guests only, please).
