    Join us to commemorate

Join the main 2026 ANZAC Day service in Burleigh Heads to honour the service and sacrifice of the ANZACs and all the service members who have followed in their footsteps.

ANZAC Day marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during World War I.

In the time-honoured tradition of ANZAC Day services, the main Burleigh Heads ANZAC Day Ceremony – hosted by Burleigh Heads RSL Sub Branch – will include the laying of wreaths, the playing of the Last Post and the observance of a minute's silence.

Veterans Parade will commence at 9:40am and the commemoration will be held at 10:00am.

All welcome to attend at the Cenotaph, Memorial Park, corner of Gold Coast Highway and Connor St, Burleigh Heads.
