ANZAC Day Gunfire Breakfast

Join us to commemorate

This ANZAC Day, join Jimboomba RSL Sub Branch in Jimboomba for a gunfire breakfast. 

A long-held ANZAC Day tradition, the gunfire breakfast originates from the hot drink historically made by British, Australian and New Zealand soldiers in the morning before battle. 

It’s a chance for veterans, and communities, to enjoy shared camaraderie and pay tribute to those who have served.  

After the Dawn Service a Gunfire Breakfast will be available at the Community & District Hall on the Corner of Honara & Johanna Streets, Jimboomba.

This will commence at the completion of the Dawn Service.
