ANZAC Day Gunfire Breakfast

Join us to commemorate

This ANZAC Day, join Runaway Bay RSL Sub Branch in Runaway Bay for a gunfire breakfast. 

A long-held ANZAC Day tradition, the gunfire breakfast originates from the hot drink historically made by British, Australian and New Zealand soldiers in the morning before battle. 

It’s a chance for veterans, and communities, to enjoy shared camaraderie and pay tribute to those who have served.  

Runaway Bay RSL Sub Branch will be hosting a Gunfire Breakfast at the Runaway Bay Junior Leagues Club, Morala Drive.

Open from 05:30, and available to anyone who attended the Dawn Service, at a small cost.
