    ANZAC Day Gunfire Breakfast

This ANZAC Day, join Bundaberg RSL Sub Branch in Bundaberg Central for a gunfire breakfast.

A long-held ANZAC Day tradition, the gunfire breakfast originates from the hot drink historically made by British, Australian and New Zealand soldiers in the morning before battle.

It’s a chance for veterans, and communities, to enjoy shared camaraderie and pay tribute to those who have served.

For ANZAC Day 2026, the tradition of the Gunfire Breakfast continues in Bundaberg, offering a moment of camaraderie and reflection for the veteran community after the solemnity of the Dawn Service.
