    ANZAC Day Dawn Service

    Join us to commemorate

At dawn on 25 April 1915, ANZAC troops landed at Gallipoli, starting a legacy that would live long after them.

The ANZAC Day Dawn Service echoes this moment, and the moment many a soldier has stood to arms.

Steeped in tradition, the Dawn Service is a poignant ceremony featuring the laying of wreaths, sounding of the Last Post and observance of a minute's silence.

Join the ANZAC Day Dawn Service in Goombungee – hosted by Goombungee RSL Sub Branch – to honour all Australians and New Zealanders who have served or sacrificed in wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations since World War I.

??????Join Goombungee RSL Sub Branch for the following ANZAC Day event:

    • 5:00am ceremony followed by sausage sizzle

    Road closure:

5am to 7.30am - Kingsthorpe Haden Road / Mocatta Street, Goombungee will be temporarily closed.

    All are welcome.
