    Join us to commemorate

At dawn on 25 April 1915, ANZAC troops landed at Gallipoli, starting a legacy that would live long after them.

The ANZAC Day Dawn Service echoes this moment, and the moment many a soldier has stood to arms.

Steeped in tradition, the Dawn Service is a poignant ceremony featuring the laying of wreaths, sounding of the Last Post and observance of a minute's silence.

Join the ANZAC Day Dawn Service in Emu Park – hosted by Emu Park RSL Sub Branch – to honour all Australians and New Zealanders who have served or sacrificed in wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations since World War I.

0515h: Serving and Ex-Service personnel form up for the Veterans March in front on the Pine Beach Hotel, Emu Park. The route is straight along Granville St to ANZAC Court, distance 150m.

0530h: Dawn Service commences at ANZAC Court, corner of Emu St and Granville St, Emu Park.

0620h: 9th Battalion Living History Unit firing of rifle volleys on the Emu Park Memorial Walkway.

    All are welcome.
