Join us to commemorate
At dawn on 25 April 1915, ANZAC troops landed at Gallipoli, starting a legacy that would live long after them.
The ANZAC Day Dawn Service echoes this moment, and the moment many a soldier has stood to arms.
Steeped in tradition, the Dawn Service is a poignant ceremony featuring the laying of wreaths, sounding of the Last Post and observance of a minute's silence.
Join the ANZAC Day Dawn Service in Upper Coomera – hosted by North Gold Coast RSL Sub Branch – to honour all Australians and New Zealanders who have served or sacrificed in wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations since World War I.
This solemn occasion will include a wreath-laying ceremony, and we warmly invite everyone to take part by laying a wreath in honour of those who have served.
After the service, we will gather for a Gunfire Breakfast at Club Helensvale, providing an opportunity to reflect and share in fellowship.
For further information, veterans are welcome to speak with one of the Sub Branch members after the service.
Additionally, extra parking will be available at the Senior Citizens Centre on Discovery Drive to accommodate all attendees. We look forward to seeing you there as we pay tribute and remember our fallen.
All are welcome.
