Current serving, veterans and partners standing together at an ANZAC Day Dawn Service

    Join us to commemorate

At dawn on 25 April 1915, ANZAC troops landed at Gallipoli, starting a legacy that would live long after them.

The ANZAC Day Dawn Service echoes this moment, and the moment many a soldier has stood to arms.

Steeped in tradition, the Dawn Service is a poignant ceremony featuring the laying of wreaths, sounding of the Last Post and observance of a minute's silence.

Join the ANZAC Day Dawn Service in Canungra – hosted by Canungra RSL Sub Branch – to honour all Australians and New Zealanders who have served or sacrificed in wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations since World War I.

Join us for our ANZAC Day events including:

    • Our Dawn Service will be held in DJ Smith Memorial Park commencing at 5:30am.
    • After the Dawn Service a Gunfire Breakfast will be held at the RSL Canungra Sub Branch building at 25 Pine St, Canungra.

    • The main march steps off from Canungra State School car park at 9:45am.

    All are welcome.
