Australian Army soldier standing during an ANZAC Day Dawn Service

    Join us to commemorate

At dawn on 25 April 1915, ANZAC troops landed at Gallipoli, starting a legacy that would live long after them.

The ANZAC Day Dawn Service echoes this moment, and the moment many a soldier has stood to arms.

Steeped in tradition, the Dawn Service is a poignant ceremony featuring the laying of wreaths, sounding of the Last Post and observance of a minute's silence.

Join the ANZAC Day Dawn Service in Rosewood – hosted by Rosewood RSL Sub Branch – to honour all Australians and New Zealanders who have served or sacrificed in wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations since World War I.

A Dawn Service will be held at the Rosewood Memorial Hall Carpark 1 Mill St Rosewood commencing with a March from cnr School and Mill St at 4.28am and the service will commence immediately on conclusion of the March.

Wreath laying by Serving members, Veteran Groups, Community Groups, Schools and the general public is encouraged.

This event is open to everyone to honour the service and sacrifice of all Defence Force Members in all conflicts.
