A two-day, in-person reset created for the supporters and carers of the Defence community - parents, partners, mates, and friends who often carry the load quietly and go unseen. Through storytelling and practical tools, participants build emotional resilience, understand Defence systems, and learn strategies to support themselves and their families. Connect with others who get it, and walk away feeling informed, empowered, and recharged.
