"Do you often feel overwhelmed, on edge, or mentally stuck when stress hits? You are not alone. Our fast-paced world keeps the body in a constant state of 'fight, flight, or freeze,' leading to anxiety, poor focus, and exhaustion.
This beginner-friendly workshop is designed to give you an immediate, drug-free tool to regain control. You will learn the Box Breathing (4-4-4-4) Technique, a method used by Australian Firefighters to conserve oxygen and regulate the body's stress response.
You will learn to physically communicate safety to your nervous system.
In just one hour, you will learn how to:
• Instantly Slow your heart rate and racing thoughts.
• Interrupt the stress response before it spirals.
• Establish a grounded, clear, and calm mind on demand.
No experience is required—just the willingness to breathe, bring a yoga mat or towel.
No restrictions, we will have chairs available for those who find that more comfortable.
