The Cairns RSL Sub Branch's Thank You for Your Service Gala Dinner is a special evening dedicated to honouring the service and sacrifice of current and former Australian Defence Force members, while also recognising the unwavering support and resilience of their families.

Guest speaker Doug Baird will share the powerful story of his son, Cameron Baird VC MG, who was killed in Afghanistan, offering a moving reflection on service, sacrifice, and the enduring impact on loved ones.

Guests will also enjoy outstanding entertainment from the Royal Australian Navy Band, making this a memorable evening of remembrance, gratitude, and community.
