The Rural Yoga Roadshow is coming to the Gympie Veterans Centre!

This special session is designed to support the health and wellbeing of veterans and their families through gentle, accessible yoga practices.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already have some experience, this workshop will guide you through simple techniques to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and enhance overall wellbeing.
