Introduction

The Magnetic Island RSL Sub Branch offers a warm welcome to local ex-service people who wish to join, potential non-service members and visitors to the Island. The Magnetic Island Sub Branch is part of the North Queensland District of RSL Queensland.

Home maintenance support for ex-service members.

INFORMATION

General Meetings are held on a required basis.

Board Meetings are held monthly.

The ANZAC Day Dawn Service is at 5:30am at the Cenotaph at Alma Bay, 400 metres from the Memorial Hall and grounds to which people return for breakfast and refreshments from 7am to 1pm.

Remembrance Day is observed with a wreath laying and an address at the Memorial Hall with seating under shade provided for attendees. Light food and refreshments follow the service.
