The adoption of a new Constitution is essential if we are to meet modern governance requirements.
The motion to adopt a new draft Constitution was put to delegates at the 2018 Annual General Meeting, but was not carried.
Over the past months, the Constitution Working Group has been carefully reviewing members' feedback through its Working Group, resulting in the final draft Constitution posted below. A summary of the major changes to the new Constitution can be downloaded here.
A motion to adopt the final draft 2019 Constitution will be put to delegates at the Annual General Meeting in June 2019.
