      Feed your wellbeing 

      Designed and run by a veteran, this four-day workshop aims to support veterans living with mental and physical health challenges. 

      Focusing on permaculture principles and clinical nutrition, the workshop enables veterans to design and implement sustainable growing systems at home, and make informed dietary choices for better wellbeing.

      Paddock to Plate – Permaculture and Nutrition Workshop

      The 'Paddock to Plate' workshop is a 4-day gardening and nutrition workshop delivered in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. The workshop is a veteran led program, designed by veterans for veterans. It aims to support veterans living with both mental and physical health challenges relating to their military service. The focus of the program is to provide veterans with the knowledge and skills, using permaculture principles and clinical nutrition, to design and implement sustainable growing systems in their own home, as well as make informed dietary choices to improve their general well-being.

      Lunch included.
