Registration

This year, registrations will once again be made through your District Secretary from Friday 13 March 2026. When your District Secretary has completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email.

We ask that Sub Branches and Districts only register their Delegate once their attendance is guaranteed (e.g. not before pending elections) to ensure minimal changes and to avoid incurring fees.

Registrations will close on Friday 22 May 2026. No new registrations will be accepted after this date. 

Delegate verification

In line with the Constitution, Sub Branches and Districts are required to appoint a Service or Life Member as a Delegate for the AGM.

The Delegate verification process will be the same as previous years, with Sub Branches required to complete and submit the Delegate Verification Form to their District Secretary in order to finalise their registration.

If the nominated Delegate is unable to attend the AGM, the last date to notify of the Replacement Delegate’s attendance is Wednesday 10 June 2026.

The signed form must be sent to your District Secretary when you are confirming your registration and attendance. Registrations will not be taken without a completed Delegate Verification Form.

Delegate transport

Flights and airport shuttles will be provided for Delegates flying into Brisbane. 

Delegates who are driving will be reimbursed by RSL Queensland (in line with ATO advice on per kilometre reimbursement) for distance travelled to and from meeting location, or respective airport.
