Join us to commemorate
Join the main 2026 ANZAC Day service in YERONGA to honour the service and sacrifice of the ANZACs and all the service members who have followed in their footsteps.
ANZAC Day marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during World War I.
In the time-honoured tradition of ANZAC Day services, the main YERONGA ANZAC Day Ceremony – hosted by Stephens RSL Sub Branch – will include the laying of wreaths, the playing of the Last Post and the observance of a minute's silence.
The Memorial Service will follow the ANZAC Day March along Honour Avenue through Yeronga Memorial Park.
It will commence in Yeronga Memorial Park at 7:30am at the WW1 Cenotaph.
The Brisbane City Council supports this event by the provision of funding and other support services especially at the WW1 Cenotaph prior to the event.
